Billy Painter is not only the president of hair club for men, but he’s also a client.. OK he’s not. Billy is Co-Producer of the Bay of Imbalance, and he plays key roles in the film (Billy’s scenes always take longer to film). He is currently the North Oyster Bay Baymen’s Association President, and has been a Bayman for more than 30yrs. Billy was born and raised in Bayville NY, loves animals and learned how to turn a computer on just last year.
