Steve Resler (Content Contributor, Marine Field Researcher, Scientific Diver) Steve is a retired coastal manager; retired as Deputy Bureau Chief of New York’s Coastal Management Program. He is a Visiting Researcher, Collaborator and Scientific Diver for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and its Darrin Fresh Water Institute. Steve is owner and principal of InnerSpace Scientific Diving and HydroSpace Research, a contract researcher and scientific diver primarily for government agencies and academic institutions.
